Our contract with you
After booking a tour the client will receive a confirmation of order in writing (by post, fax or e-mail) by our office. On receipt of the confirmation of order the booking is effective, and the present Terms and Conditions are recognized.

Any alterations to data specified in the confirmation of order – e.g. number of guides, number of people, tour start point, length of tour, etc. – must be notified as soon as possible.

If you have booked more than one guide and, e.g. due to a reduction of participants, you would like to reduce the number of guides, please inform us in good time (see Cancellation). Otherwise we will charge you the number of guides specified in the confirmation of order.
Guide's failure to attend:
If the guide named in the confirmation of order is inevitably prevented from attending, we shall be obliged to find an equally qualified replacement. If possible we will inform the client in advance.

Number of participants
For walking tours, the number of participants per guide should not exceed the recommended number of 35.

If cancellation is made later or on the day of the service, or in the case of no-show by the group, or if the tour does not take place through the client's fault, € 89,-- will be charged.
Cancellation fees include no VAT.
No cancellation fee will be charged, if the tour cannot take place for reasons of force majeure (e.g. strike, accident, natural disaster, or an international crisis).
